Worship Service Guidelines
Guidelines for Attending Sunday Worship Service
To help us keep you and others safe and healthy during this time of reopening, when you come on Sunday mornings please DO:
- Enter at the sanctuary doors. (Doors will open 15 minutes before worship. All other doors will be locked.)
- Masks are recommended.
- Allow our ushers to seat you. (Seating for worship will follow social distancing guidelines, and our ushers will guide you. If we use all the space available in the sanctuary, we’ll seat you in the fellowship hall.)
- Bring your tithes and offerings. (You can place them in a secure offering box available as you enter or exit; we will not pass offering plates during worship.)
- Bring your own coffee. (Coffee and snacks will not be available before or after worship gatherings.)
- Visit with Mt Top family and friends outside (We will not gather in the lobby.)
We’d love to see you, but we encourage you to please stay home and view the recording of the service if you:
- Have underlying health conditions
- Aren’t feeling well on Sunday morning
- Have any concerns or unease about crowds or COVID-19
- Are enjoying the worship experience at home
Like all things in life, these guidelines and plans are subject to change. We will continue to update them as we follow CDC guidelines and directions from the PA Department of Health as they continue to adjust to how COVID-19 affects our community. Of course, we will keep you updated as well.
